My vacation in Tampa
The Crowne Plaza Tampa East is a great value for business and family travel. This stay brought wife and three small childre. The hotel's service was exceptional and the location was ideal. We were close to restaurants, Busch Gardens and shopping. Much better experience that recent trips to other area hotels. Love the sleep advantage program-comfortble. Area and airport shuttle an additional plus. We will be back soon!

Great location... easy access to all points. Clean, comfy, great customer service. Plan to stay here again for sure!

Good hotel/poor air conditioning
wife & almost always stay at this property when going to the Hard Rock casino. it's close, always has available rooms on the weekends (it is a business hotel), and the sleep system is awesome. This time, the air conditioning wasn't working, in addition wife was sick when we returned to our hotel room at 3 in the morning, so didn't complain to move rooms. We'll stay here again, because of our great experiences with the help & the property in the past.

the waterfall was really cool.....in addition the help wasn't all that friendly and their description of The hotel rooms is unclear....in addition what can ya do....
